Rental Contract
Rental Contract
Customer agrees 1) Rental items are in proper working condition on departure from A Southern Tradition and will be returned in the same condition on return date. If not returned by this date, customer will be charged the daily rental fee(s) until item(s) is returned. After 5 business days, customer will be charged replacement fee(s) for item(s) not returned. 2) Customer agrees to pay in full all damages or loss to rental items and further agrees not to loan, sublet or use them at any other location than listed above. 3) Customer assumes all responsibility for injuries to person or damages to property and agrees to hold lesser harmless for any and all claims that may arise out of use of the rental items while in customer's possession. 4) Any cancellations will result in forfeit of deposit. 5) Cancellations cannot transfer deposit to another date 6) Rental items are charged for time out whether used or not. 7) NO REFUNDS of any kind will be granted 2-weeks before the scheduled rental date. This includes exchanging for items of a lesser value. 8) Checks will not be accepted as payment 2-weeks before rental date. 9) Renter's credit card on file will be charged for any damages.
Delivery Contract
Customer agrees 1) Delivery and pick-up fees are priced for ground level, foyer, or back door entrances. 2) Deliveries that require elevators, flights of stairs, long walking distances, will be charged an additional fee. 3) Customers who paid for delivery service with no set-up service understand that delivery means A Southern Tradition delivers rented items just inside the venue and customer will have items packed in the same condition ready for A Southern Tradition to pick-up. 4) Customer is responsible for someone being at delivery location for both delivery and pick-up. 5) Delivery/pick-ups before or after normal business hours Monday-Saturday will be charged an additional fee. 6) Delivery price is subject to change at any time due to increase in gas prices. 7) Delivery fee is a minimum price OR 10% of your order and may increase if you add items to your rental order.
Outsourced Linens Contract
Customer agrees 1) Customer is responsible for shipping charges on all outsourced linens. 2) Customers credit card on file will be charged when shipment arrives.
